• Inform senior management on new product features to be developed to meet current and future business needs.
• Obtain contact information of potential customers through cold calling, internet research and emailing.
• Initiate and build relationships with customers through phone, marketing mailer campaigns, in-person contacts, and presentations.

• Assist in performing protocol duties with General Officer, Chief of Staff and all other delegation visiting to ERRA.
• Reservation of Air Tickets / seats of General Officer, Chief of Staff and necessary receptions, departure and arrival arrangements for General Officer and Chief of Staff at Airport.
• Acquiring and presentation of gifts to all visiting delegation and guests to Chairman and Dy Chairman.
• Arrangement for Transport, Admin, Accommodation, Meetings, Seminars and coordination with concerned staff.
• Any other duty / task assigned by COS, DG (A&P), Director (Coord), and Dy Director (Protocol)
